FREE DELIVERY OFFER – Free delivery on all orders £50 & over (UK Mainland Only) to a maximum weight of 15kg. Service: 2-3 working days – If delivery is delayed we will notify you via email.

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible.

Wolds Agri attempts to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it. However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly. For orders placed before 12pm we will endeavour to process them the same day. Orders after 12pm will be processed the following day. We process them as fast as we can and then hand it over to the delivery company. We’ll also deliver to your home or work address, whatever’s easiest for you.

Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or English public holidays.

Delivery to UK, Channel Islands, Highlands, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland 

Where ‘Free Delivery’ is offered in Promotional Material – this applies to UK mainland residents only.

Please note: Because our website stock is not live delivery may be extended. You will be notified of any extension as soon as possible after placing your order.

During busy periods at Wolds Agri, for example, Periodic sales, delivery may be extended. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of your order. We will try to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as we can but please bear with us during these times.

Delivery is usually one of two methods, Courier or Royal Mail. Courier (Express Deliveries) will be sent by our main courier YDL (APC) and will require a signature upon delivery unless previously organised. Lighter items may be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate.

We have set prices for International deliveries, in some cases postage may be cheaper than quoted, and we will email you and amend your payment accordingly. In some cases, heavy or larger orders may alter the delivery price quoted, if this happens we will contact you by email.

Payments are accepted in pounds sterling only.

We do not export to the USA and Canada.

Damaged or Undelivered Goods

Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered. Please contact us immediately if you have a query about your order or delivery.

Collect in Store

We offer the service ‘Collect in Store’. Please allow us time to get your order ready and you will be notified either by email or phone when your parcel is ready for collection. You will not be charged a postage & package cost for this service. If we do not have an item in stock or available for collection straight away, this may cause a slight delay to the order, however you will be contacted regarding this.
