Returns Policy


A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 28 days, for any reason.

Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the items back.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return. This will enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage.We are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Returns made after 28 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Alternatively you may return goods to our store within 28 days, please bring your invoice with you in order to receive a refund or exchange.

Quality of your Goods

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your goods or think an item may have a fault please contact us immediately at or call us on 01759369906. Goods must be clean before we will inspect them.

If an item is being returned due to it being faulty –Wolds Agri Limited will refund the postage costs incurred for returning the item – up to the value of £5.00. Please be aware of this when returning items.

*Christmas Returns – Items bought as Christmas gifts can be returned within 14 days after Christmas.
