When You Need an Extra Hand
Wolds Agri is a family run business. We consider our customer service as one of our strongest assets. We stock over 20,000 products aiming to ensure our customers’ needs are met quickly, efficiently and always at competitive prices.
Online Orders
FREE DELIVERY OFFER- Free delivery on all orders £50 & over (UK Mainland Only) to a maximum weight of 10kg. Service: 2-3 working days – If delivery is delayed we will notify you via email.
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible.
Wolds Agri attempts to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it. However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly. For orders placed before 12pm we will endeavor to process them the same day. Orders after 12pm will be processed the following day. We process them as fast as we can and then hand it over to the delivery company. We’ll also deliver to your home or work address, whatever’s easiest for you.
Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or English public holidays.

Delivery is usually Royal Mail unless requested otherwise. We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate.
Payments are accepted in pounds sterling only.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered. Please contact us immediately if you have a query about your order or delivery.

Collect in Store
We offer the service ‘Collect in Store’. Please allow us time to get your order ready and you will be notified either by email or phone when your parcel is ready for collection. You will not be charged a postage & package cost for this service. If we do not have an item in stock or available for collection straight away, this may cause a slight delay to the order, however you will be contacted regarding this. *Please note: Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dealt with on the following Monday.
Availability & Prices
We reserve the right to withdraw from sale any article in the sale or alter a sale price without notice. Certain products will be limited to purchase quantity, particularly in a sale period. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative.
Prices include Value Added Tax, where this is applicable. Prices listed on the website may differ from those in the shop. We regret that we are unable to offer the same discounts on items purchased in store. Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.

Returns Policy
Returns/Exchanges
A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 28 days, for any reason.
Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the items back.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return. This will enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage.We are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Returns made after 28 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Alternatively you may return goods to our store within 28 days, please bring your invoice with you in order to receive a refund or exchange.
Quality of your Goods
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your goods or think an item may have a fault please contact us immediately at sales@woldsagri.co.uk or call us on 01759369906. Goods must be clean before we will inspect them.
If an item is being returned due to it being faulty –Wolds Agri Limited will refund the postage costs incurred for returning the item – up to the value of £5.00. Please be aware of this when returning items.
*Christmas Returns – Items bought as Christmas gifts can be returned within 14 days after Christmas.
